Enacts the "South Carolina Ban Against Red Flag Gun Confiscation Act" prohibiting state and local governments from adopting or enforcing extreme risk protective orders (ERPOs)

Defines ERPOs as court orders that prohibit a person from owning, possessing, or purchasing firearms/ammunition, or require surrender of firearms, when not based on criminal charges

Prohibits use of state, county, or municipal funds or resources to enforce any federal ERPO-related statutes, orders, or regulations

Bars state and local entities from accepting federal grant funds for programs related to implementing or enforcing ERPOs

Makes serving or enforcing an ERPO against a person in South Carolina a felony punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment
