First-time violations result in a fine of $100-$200; second or subsequent violations result in fines of $200-$1,000

Prohibits law enforcement from arresting or taking into custody individuals for violations involving these small quantities

Removes eligibility for conditional discharge, pretrial intervention programs, and related sentencing provisions for small-quantity possession
