Establishes a new biennial license fee of $1,800 for business establishments authorized to sell alcoholic liquors by the drink on Sundays, compared to $1,500 for regular establishments

Reduces the daily temporary permit fee for selling alcoholic liquors by the drink from $50 to $2.50 per day

Eliminates the optional annual 52-week temporary permit that was previously available for $3,000 per year

Maintains the $100 nonrefundable filing fee for processing temporary permit applications

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
