Creates the Illegal Immigration Information Reward Fund within the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED)

Provides a $500 reward to South Carolina residents who submit information to SLED's Illegal Immigration Enforcement Unit that leads to the apprehension and deportation of an undocumented immigrant

Requires the General Assembly to appropriate funds annually to pay the rewards

If insufficient funds are available, SLED must maintain a priority list to pay residents when funding becomes available

Authorizes SLED to adopt rules and regulations to administer the reward program
