Nonresident real estate brokers and associates who complete continuing education requirements in their home state may be exempt from South Carolina's continuing education requirements, with Real Estate Commission approval

Creates a new pathway for individuals with expired licenses to renew if they were in good standing at expiration, have 25+ years of South Carolina licensure, and are 65 years of age or older

Renewed licensees under the age/experience exemption would pay the standard renewal fee and be exempt from continuing education requirements

Adds this nonresident exemption to existing exemptions that include post-licensing course completers, inactive licensees, and those with 25+ years of experience
