Amends Act 432 of 1947 regarding the Greenville Health System Board of Trustees to update the South Carolina House of Representatives districts that determine residency requirements for board seats

Revises house district residency seat compositions: removes House District 36 from one seat grouping, changes House District 10 to District 5 in another grouping, and adds Districts 7 and 10 to the District 27/28 grouping

Maintains the board structure of 12-17 members, with six members filling house district residency seats and the remaining members serving at-large

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
