Proposes amending Section 3, Article VI and Section 1A, Article XVII of the South Carolina Constitution to expand exemptions from dual office holding prohibitions

Would allow any office holder or appointee whose position is wholly uncompensated (except for per diem and expense reimbursement) to hold two offices simultaneously

Current exemptions from dual office holding already include militia officers, notaries public, fire department members, constables, and constitutional convention delegates

Requires voter approval at the next general election for representatives, with the constitutional amendment questions appearing on ballots at voting precincts
