Dissolves the Greater Greenville Sanitation District and transfers all powers, duties, responsibilities, assets, and liabilities to Greenville County's governing body

Requires the district to cease all waste collection operations by December 31, 2025

Mandates three mailed notices to property owners (August 1, October 15, and December 1, 2025) informing them of the need to select private waste providers, with notices including a list of available providers and draft tax bills showing removed sanitation fees

Requires the district to hold two job fairs (August 1 and September 15, 2025) for employees to interview with private waste providers

All district property must be sold via government surplus websites between January 15 and May 15, 2026, all bonds and debts satisfied in full, and remaining funds remitted to the Greenville County Treasurer
