Bans kratom products containing dangerous adulterants, poisonous substances, controlled substances, synthetic alkaloids, or 7-hydroxymitragynine levels exceeding 2% of the alkaloid composition

Requires kratom product labels to include ingredients, mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine amounts, serving size, vendor information, safety precautions, and age restriction warnings

Establishes civil penalties of up to $500 for first violations and up to $1,000 for subsequent violations by retailers

Assigns regulatory authority to the South Carolina Department of Public Health
