Expands the definition of "harmful to minors" to include any portion of material (not just material "taken as a whole") that depicts sexually explicit nudity, sexual activity, or profane language

Redefines "material" to include words and gestures, removing the previous exemption for content consisting entirely of written words

Adds "profane language" as a new category of prohibited content, defined as language depicting sexual or excretory organs or activities in terms patently offensive by community standards

Narrows the affirmative defense for schools, removing museums and libraries from protected entities, and limiting the defense strictly to age-appropriate sex education or human biology curriculum with prior written parental consent

Removes "serious literary, artistic, political" value from the test for whether material has value for minors, leaving only "serious scientific value" as a potential defense
