Creates a new Class G bingo license ($1,000 cost) for veterans' organizations to operate "American Heroes Bingo," an electronic bingo game using electronic cards and location-based servers, with prizes up to $50,000 per game and a maximum of six sessions per week

Defines "American Heroes Bingo" as an electronic bingo system where a caller draws balls from a cage, inputs results into a location-based server, and players use electronic bingo aids to purchase cards, play, and redeem prizes

Requires 15% of monthly net hold from American Heroes Bingo to be remitted to the Veterans' Trust Fund, plus 10% split equally among the South Carolina state headquarters of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Disabled American Veterans

Reduces the domicile requirement for bingo license applicants from three years to two years and adds vendors and veterans' organizations to entities that must meet this residency requirement

Allows Class G license holders to charge a $5 entrance fee and permits veterans' organizations to contract with vendors for operating electronic bingo aids, concessions, and security services
