Imposes a fee of $7.50 on money transmission transactions up to $500, plus 1.5% on any amount exceeding $500, collected by licensed money transmitters and their delegates

Requires quarterly remittance of fees to the Department of Revenue by the 15th of the month following each calendar quarter

Directs all fee revenue to the Illegal Immigration Enforcement Fund to fund the Illegal Immigration Enforcement Unit operated by SLED

Provides an income tax credit equal to the fee paid for customers who file tax returns with a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number

Authorizes the Department of Revenue to suspend licenses of money transmitters who fail to file reports or remit fees, and allows claims against the licensee's surety bond
