Requires all members of state boards and commissions, as well as boards and commissions of political subdivisions (including school districts), to take the constitutional oath of office before assuming their duties

References the oath specified in Section 5, Article VI of the South Carolina Constitution

Current board or commission members who took office without taking the oath must take it at their next scheduled meeting

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
