Reduces the vesting period for judges in the Retirement System for Judges and Solicitors from ten years to eight years of earned service

Raises the mandatory retirement age for judges from 72 to 74 years old

Allows judges who turn 72 in 2025 and whose successor has already been elected to continue serving and accruing earned service until they reach eight years in the system

Permits judges who have reached maximum retirement benefits to continue serving while receiving retirement benefits until age 74 (increased from 72)

Applies to members who have not reached age 74 before January 1, 2026
