Combines several voting precincts in Lancaster County: Kershaw North and Kershaw South merged into a single "Kershaw" precinct; Lake House and The Lodge combined into "Sun City-Carolina Lakes" precinct

Eliminates the following standalone precincts: Lancaster East and University

Updates the official precinct map designation from P-57-23A to P-57-25, filed with the clerk of court and State Election Commission

Reduces the total number of voting precincts in Lancaster County from approximately 36 to 32

Polling places for all precincts must be established by the Lancaster County Board of Voter Registration and Elections with approval from the Lancaster County Legislative Delegation
