Acknowledges his participation in 9th Circuit community arbitration that assisted over 130 teenagers and his COVID-19 pandemic response providing vaccinations for the elderly and virtual town halls

Notes his leadership of New Life Christian Academy, mentorship of pastors through New Life Ministerial Alliance, and international ministry spanning 29 years with work in Kenya, Burkina Faso, West Africa, and India

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Dr. Dexter Easley
