Amends Section 7-7-110 of the South Carolina Code to split several existing voting precincts in Beaufort County, creating new sub-precincts including Bluffton 2F, Bluffton 4F, Bluffton 7B, Ladys Island 2D, Moss Creek 2, New River 3, Riverbend 2, and St. Helena 1D

Renames existing precincts "Moss Creek" and "Riverbend" to "Moss Creek 1" and "Riverbend 1" respectively to accommodate the new splits

Updates the official precinct map reference from document P-13-24 to P-13-25, maintained by the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office

Requires polling places for the redesignated precincts to be established by the Beaufort County Board of Voter Registration and Elections with approval from a majority of the Beaufort County Delegation

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
