Recognizes Maggie Thompson, Miss Upstate 2025, for establishing the "See the Able" community service initiative advocating for Learning is for Everyone (LIFE) programs

Highlights that more than 101,000 students in South Carolina receive special education services through the public education system, with support ending at age twenty-one

Acknowledges six existing LIFE programs in South Carolina: CharlestonLIFE, CarolinaLIFE, ClemsonLIFE, WinthropLIFE, USCALIFE, and Coastal CarolinaLIFE, which offer two- or four-year certificates of postsecondary education

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Maggie Thompson
