Honors Dr. Dawn Bingham, an obstetrician and gynecologist with Prisma Health in Columbia, for more than twenty years of service to women's health in South Carolina

Acknowledges her leadership roles including vice chair of the Campus Executive Committee at Prisma Health and legislative chair for the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) District IV

Notes her educational background including degrees from UNC Chapel Hill (1992), Emory University (1994), and Louisiana State University School of Medicine (2001), with residency completed in Greenville (2001-2005)
