Requires manufacturers of nonprescription products containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine to pay monthly fees to the administrator of the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators' data collection system, beginning October 1, 2025

Fee levels are set by the administrator of the data collection system, not the state

Manufacturers must provide written documentation to the State Law Enforcement Division upon request proving they have paid required fees

Creates penalties for manufacturers who fail to pay required fees: first offense fine of $500-$1,000; second offense $1,000-$5,000; third or subsequent offense $5,000-$10,000
