Eligible victims may recover up to 80% of verified stolen benefits, issued as temporary replacement EBT credits

Annual fund cap calculated by multiplying the number of active SNAP households from the previous fiscal year by five dollars

Requires the Department of Social Services to develop a fraud verification and appeal process, including required documentation, internal investigation procedures, and reimbursement decision timelines

Department must annually report to the General Assembly on cases filed, reimbursements granted, total value reimbursed, and fund utilization rate
