Suspends the requirement in Section 58-3-20(C) that prevents the General Assembly from electing Public Service Commission members until courts finalize review of congressional districts for calendar years 2025 and 2026

Suspends Section 2-20-15 (which governs screening and election procedures) for Public Service Commission elections during calendar years 2025 and 2026

Takes effect immediately upon Governor's approval
