The regiment flew 418.1 flight hours in domestic disaster-relief operations since Hurricane Helene, the most ever conducted in a single year by South Carolina Army National Guard aircraft

In March 2025, the unit performed 1,617 helicopter water drops totaling over 1,873,090 gallons of water dispersed during the Horry County and Table Rock Complex fires

The regiment completed 74 real-world hoist rescue missions, including 17 pets rescued, since September 2024
