Celebrates the 69th annual Beaufort Water Festival taking place July 11-20, 2025, in Beaufort, South Carolina

Thanks Todd Stowe for serving as Commodore of the 2025 festival, joined by his wife Patsy (whose original paintings accompany the theme "Blue Skies & Starry Nights") and their children Christy and Jessie

Honors the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and participants who contribute to the community-wide, nonprofit festival that began in 1956

Festival events include the Lowcountry Supper, Commodore's Ball featuring the Swingin' Medallions, Grand Parade, air show, concerts, and the Blessing of the Fleet

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Commodore Todd Stowe
