Celebrates the twenty-first anniversary of New Day Baptist Church in Spartanburg, which was founded in January 2004 and marked its anniversary in January 2025

Honors Reverend Dr. James L. Hailstock, the founding pastor, for his leadership and community involvement, including serving as cochair of the Spartanburg Interfaith Ministerial Alliance and Spartanburg Clergy Initiative

Recognizes Reverend Audrey V. Sweeney Hailstock, the first lady of the church, for her service as Sunday school teacher, youth Bible study teacher, praise and worship leader, and children's choir directress

Commends the congregation for over two decades of ministry serving the Spartanburg community through evangelism, education, and outreach to all age groups and ethnicities

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Reverend Dr. James L. Hailstock
