Establishes the South Carolina-Bahamas Trade Commission as a 15-member body to advance bilateral trade and investment between South Carolina and The Bahamas

Commission membership includes 4 appointees from the House Speaker, 4 from the Senate President, and 7 from the Governor (including the Secretary of Commerce, Commissioner of Agriculture, higher education representatives, Bahamian-American community members, and business representatives)

Members serve staggered four-year terms without compensation but may receive expense reimbursements; appointments must be made within 90 days of enactment

Commission purposes include promoting business and academic exchanges, encouraging mutual economic support and infrastructure investment, and initiating joint policy action on issues of mutual interest

Required to submit annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly beginning within one year of initial meeting, with subsequent reports due by February 1st each year
