Allows H. 4465, the "Privacy in Public Spaces Act," to be considered by the South Carolina General Assembly after May 8, 2025, beyond the normal sine die adjournment deadline

Permits full legislative action on H. 4465 including concurrence, nonconcurrence, appointment of conferees, and conference/free conference reports

Authorizes receipt, consideration, and disposition of any gubernatorial vetoes related to H. 4465 if applicable

Applies to the 126th Session (2025-2026) of the South Carolina General Assembly
