Establishes a nonmonetary South Carolina Purple Star School Program to recognize schools that provide strong support for military-connected students and their families

Requires participating schools to designate a military liaison who identifies military-connected students, serves as a point of contact, coordinates professional development training for at least 70% of faculty and staff, and assists with student transitions

Schools must create a dedicated webpage for military families containing relocation information, compact resources, support services, and liaison contact information

Schools must implement a student-led transition program to help incoming military-connected students acclimate through campus tours, lunch companions during the first week, and new student events

Purple Star School designation is valid for three years, after which schools must reapply; the compact commissioner may revoke designation if schools fail to maintain compliance with program criteria
