Expands paid parental leave for state employees and school district employees to include stillbirths as a qualifying event

Employees who experience a stillbirth are entitled to six weeks of paid parental leave at 100% of base pay

Co-parents of someone who experiences a stillbirth are entitled to two weeks of paid parental leave at 100% of base pay

Defines "stillbirth" by reference to Section 44-63-55 of the South Carolina Code

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
