Requires the Director of the Department of Public Health to create a Division of Men's Health within the department

The division must focus on raising awareness of men's health issues including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, heart disease, smoking cessation, respiratory illness, unintentional injuries, health equity, and cultural competency

The department must collaborate with mental health providers to address men's mental health, developmental issues of boys, violence prevention, self-esteem, and communication

The Division of Men's Health must complete an annual assessment with South Carolina schools of public health on the status of men's health and make policy recommendations to the General Assembly to address health disparities among men

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
