Requires the Director of the Department of Public Health to create a new Division of Women's Health within the department

Division must assess health needs of women in South Carolina and recommend treatment methods and programs specific to women's unique characteristics

Division will promote awareness of women's health concerns including heart disease, stroke, diabetes, maternal health issues, UTIs, HPV, breast cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, osteoporosis, Alzheimer's disease, and mental health issues

Mandates annual health assessments conducted in collaboration with South Carolina schools of public health to evaluate women's health status and identify service needs

Division must review assessments and make policy recommendations to the General Assembly to address health disparities among women
