Establishes the "Cash Berry Childcare Safety and Quality Rating Act" requiring the Department of Social Services to implement a letter grade system (A, B, C, D, or F) for all licensed childcare facilities in South Carolina

Grades must be based on compliance with safety standards, cleanliness, incident reports, violations within the past 36 months, background check compliance, child-staff ratios, emergency preparedness, and documented injuries or abuse incidents

Licensed childcare facilities must display their grade on a standardized placard next to their license, including the inspection date and a QR code linking to full inspection history; tampering with the placard is prohibited

Department of Social Services must maintain a publicly searchable online database with each facility's current grade, three-year violation history, corrective actions, and contact information

Facilities receiving below a "B" may request reinspection within 60 days after submitting proof of corrective action; failure to display the grade can result in fines up to $500 per day or license suspension/revocation
