Requires the department to demonstrate evidence justifying continued supervision through a court report if seeking to extend monitored visitation beyond 90 days

Holds the Department of Social Services accountable for facilitating court-ordered visitation, with potential findings of failure to make reasonable efforts if visitation is not provided (lack of visitation providers is not an acceptable excuse)
