Amends Section 44-79-60(4) to allow physical fitness facilities to notify customers of automatic contract renewal options electronically, in addition to written mail notification

Automatic renewal provisions for gym and fitness service contracts remain limited to one-month durations maximum

Facilities must still provide renewal notices at least 30 but no more than 60 days before any price changes take effect

The Department of Consumer Affairs determined this bill has no fiscal impact on state expenditures
