Amends South Carolina's Social Work Interstate Compact Act to conform with the national Social Work Licensure Compact model legislation, enabling licensed social workers to practice across member states

Establishes a "multistate license" system allowing clinical, master's, or bachelor's level social workers with an unencumbered license in their home state to practice in all compact member states without obtaining separate licenses

Requires applicants for multistate licenses to undergo fingerprint-based criminal background checks through both SLED and the FBI, with results reported to the licensing board

Creates the Social Work Licensure Compact Commission as a joint government agency to administer the compact, with each member state having one delegate and an executive committee of up to 11 members

Preserves each state's authority to take adverse action against licensees and allows remote states to remove a social worker's multistate authorization to practice for violations of that state's laws and regulations
