Requires courts to order reimbursement to a targeted parent when the other party is found to have engaged in parental alienation, covering attorney's fees, supervised visitation costs, reunification therapy, counseling, and court-appointed professional fees

Prohibits courts from waiving reimbursement unless clear and convincing evidence shows it would cause undue financial hardship on the offending party that substantially outweighs the child's best interest in accountability

Allows reimbursement orders in addition to other available remedies, including modification of custody, visitation, or parental responsibilities

Adds new Section 63-15-115 to the S.C. Code governing actions affecting parent-child relationships

Takes effect upon Governor's approval
