Converts Greenville County School District Board of Trustees elections from nonpartisan to partisan elections beginning in 2026

Requires candidates to be nominated through political party primaries, party conventions, or petition process following standard state election procedures

Establishes that odd-numbered district trustees will be elected in 2026 and even-numbered district trustees in 2028, each serving four-year terms

Transfers election administration responsibilities to the county board of voter registration and elections

Requires vacancies to be filled by special election pursuant to Section 7-13-190, unless the vacancy occurs within ten months of a regularly scheduled November general election in an even-numbered year
