Increases the maximum age for infants who may be legally left at a safe haven from 60 days old to one year old

Maintains criminal prosecution immunity for parents (or those acting at a parent's direction) who leave an infant at a safe haven, provided the child is placed in the physical custody of a staff member

Defines safe havens as hospitals, hospital outpatient facilities, law enforcement agencies, fire stations, emergency medical services stations, or staffed houses of worship during staffed hours

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
