Expands property tax exemptions for disabled veterans who are not permanently and totally disabled by allowing them to claim a partial exemption on their home equal to their service-connected disability percentage

Extends the same partial exemption to up to two private passenger vehicles owned or leased by disabled veterans based on their disability percentage

Applies the partial exemption benefits to surviving spouses of qualifying disabled veterans in the same manner as full exemptions

Takes effect upon Governor's approval and applies to property tax years beginning after 2025
