Requires all public school strength and conditioning coaches to obtain certification through a nationally recognized program, such as the National High School Strength Coaches Association (NHSSCA) High School Strength Coach Certification

Schools can only receive state-funded or district-funded athletic supplements for strength and conditioning coaches if they employ at least one individual with valid certification

Current strength and conditioning coaches must obtain certification within two months of assignment, or within six months as determined by the State Board of Education

Each public high school must employ or designate at least one certified strength and conditioning coach, with district athletic directors maintaining records and reporting certification status annually to the Department of Education

The Department of Education must create a publicly accessible online database displaying each school's strength and conditioning personnel and their certification status, effective July 1, 2027
