Amends Section 56-3-14970 of the South Carolina Code to add "Submarine Veteran" as a new category (item 20) of special license plates reflective of military service

Submarine Veteran plates would be available to active or prior service members for private passenger vehicles and motorcycles

No additional specialty plate fee required beyond the regular motor vehicle registration fee; plates limited to three per qualifying recipient

Applicants must provide official military documentation (DD-214, NGB Form 22, or official orders) to verify submarine service

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
