Eliminates separate penalty structure for hunting on property registered with the department for night hunting feral hogs, coyotes, or armadillos

Mandates hunting and fishing license suspensions upon conviction: one year for first offense, two additional years for second offense, and five additional years for third offense within ten years

Requires forfeiture of firearms, archery devices, and hunting aids upon conviction, but removes vehicles, boats, and trailers from property subject to seizure and forfeiture
