Creates the criminal offense of "doxing" - intentionally publishing personal identifying information online with intent that others use it to harass or harm the victim, where actual harassment or harm occurs

Provides enhanced protection for law enforcement officers, firefighters, and public servants, making it illegal to publish their information with intent to harass, harm, or impede their governmental duties

Personal identifying information includes home addresses, photographs or information about children (including schools attended), and any other information enabling harassment, threats, or harm

First offense is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 3 years imprisonment; second or subsequent offenses are felonies punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment

Exempts First Amendment-protected political speech and publishing official contact information of public officials for lobbying purposes
