Caps salary supplements, expense allowances, and office expense payments for justices and judges of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and Family Court to not exceed the in-district compensation provided to General Assembly members

Sets base annual salaries for newly elected justices and judges equal to the annual salary of General Assembly members, effective July 1, 2026

Applies salary equalization to sitting judges only after they complete their current term and are reelected, in compliance with the constitutional prohibition on reducing judicial salaries mid-term

Limits monthly office expense funding for justices and judges to the amount of monthly in-district compensation received by legislators

Provisions apply from fiscal year 2026-2027 through July 1, 2036, when the joint resolution expires
