Prohibits clerks of court and registers of deeds from recording any deed that conveys title or ownership interest in real property to the Chinese Communist Party, the People's Republic of China, or any citizen of China

Declares any deed recorded in violation of this prohibition to be invalid

Defines "Chinese Communist Party" to include all agencies, institutions, and instrumentalities of the party

Defines "People's Republic of China" to include all agencies, institutions, instrumentalities, and political subdivisions of the government

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
