Converts three at-large Circuit Court seats to resident seats: At-large Seat 7 becomes First Circuit Seat 3, At-large Seat 1 becomes Third Circuit Seat 4, and At-large Seat 4 becomes Eighth Circuit Seat 3, reducing at-large circuit court seats from 7 to 4

Converts four at-large Family Court seats to resident seats: two seats assigned to the Fifth Circuit (Seats 5 and 6), one to the Tenth Circuit (Seat 4), and one to the Twelfth Circuit (Seat 4), reducing at-large family court seats from 8 to 4

Increases resident judge allocations: Fifth Circuit Family Court increases from 4 to 6 judges, Tenth Circuit Family Court from 3 to 4 judges, Twelfth Circuit Family Court from 3 to 4 judges, and Third Circuit Court from 3 to 4 judges

Judges currently serving in at-large seats that are converted to resident seats are not required to undergo additional screening until the end of their current term

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
