Authorizes courts to require defendants be transported for emergency psychiatric evaluation as a bond condition based on arresting officer observations

Permits courts to mandate that defendants seek medical treatment upon release as a condition of bond when mental health concerns are identified

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
