Amends Section 16-15-395 of the South Carolina Code regarding first degree sexual exploitation of a minor

Increases the mandatory minimum sentence to 25 years imprisonment when the victim is less than 11 years of age

Current penalty for the offense remains 3-20 years imprisonment when the victim is 11 years or older

No part of the minimum sentence may be suspended, and the convicted person is ineligible for parole until the minimum term is served

Sentences must run consecutively with any other sentence being served
