Requires each affected school district in a joint county industrial or business park to receive the same portion of revenue it would have received in property taxes had the joint park not been created

Expands consent requirements from municipalities to all taxing entities before creating a multi-county industrial park, if the entity would receive a different portion of property taxes than without the park

Allows counties to create a joint park without a taxing entity's consent, but the non-consenting entity must then receive the same revenue share it would have received in property taxes

Amends Section 4-1-170 of the S.C. Code governing joint county industrial or business parks

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
