Increases the minimum weekly workers' compensation payment for total disability from $75 to $150, effective July 1, 2027

Establishes automatic annual inflation adjustments to the minimum compensation rate, tied to the same percentage increase as the state maximum average weekly wage

Requires the Workers' Compensation Commission to publish the adjusted minimum weekly compensation amount by January 1st each year on its website

Applies only to workplace injuries occurring on or after July 1, 2027

Requires the Department of Employment and Workforce to provide necessary wage data to the commission by August 1st annually for calculating adjustments
